Process Engineer
About the Role
Manage unit process performance, tool parameters, and inline quality metrics to achieve target Cpk and scrap reduction on high-volume production lines.
Responsibilities
- Maintain baseline recipe stability across die attach, mold, and trim-and-form operations.
- Execute tool qualifications and process audits according to ISO/TS automotive standards.
- Troubleshoot daily yield excursions and lead rapid containment actions.
Qualifications
- B.Tech in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Chemical Engineering.
- 2-5 years experience in semiconductor packaging equipment operation and process tuning.
